(An-Naba') 78 : 37
رَبِّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الرَّحْمَٰنِ ۖ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًا

Lord of the heavens, the earth, and whatever is between them—the Impartial—with whom they will have no right to converse.

Allah is the One who taught the soul of mankind Adhikr—the System of Justice—from Paradise itself, so that none will have the chance to utter any word in the Hereafter. The servants of Allah who consider Him Impartial help Him and familiarise Him by propagating Adhikr—His Message—to the entire mankind. The Arabic Qur’an-reading Fujjar who do not do so are hastening the destruction of the universe and thereby earning Hell. They will be summoned to Hell dragged prone on their faces; such are in the worst place and are the most strayed, as explained in verse 25: 34. They are the worst creatures among a thousand communities of the Lord’s creatures, as explained in verse 8: 22. These Mujirims lack the aim of life—that the purpose of deputing mankind to this fourth phase is to identify the Lord and prepare Paradise for the seventh phase, as explained in verse 1: 4. So, at the time of their death they will witness against their souls that indeed, they were disbelievers, as told in verse 7: 37; and they will witness so again from the Hereafter, as told in verse 6: 130. The Lord will tell them at the time of their death: “you were disbelievers,” as told in verse 39: 59. In verse 83: 15 it is told that there will be an unseen veil between the Fujjar and Allah on the Day of Judgement; they will not see Allah. See explanation 32: 14; 5: 39; and 74: 38-40.
